Who are we? We’re Joy Beth and Natalie, but here's the thing—we’re not here to position ourselves as management gurus. The truth is, we're all figuring this out together. As millennials, we're the first generation managing entirely remote teams while bridging the gap between Gen X leadership and Gen Z direct reports. We're dealing with challenges our business school textbooks never covered.
What we do bring is an obsession with evidence-based management practices and a knack for translating research into practical action steps. We believe millennials deserve management advice that's backed by science, not just "that's how we've always done it."
